Best Tomato Soup

Cook time & Ingredients

  • Preparation: 25 mins
  • Makes 4 bowls


  • x2 Tinned tomatoes,
  • x7 Sundried tomatoes
  • x1 Punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • x1 Can cannelini beans
  • 500ml of stock (vege or chicken – your choice)
  • Salt ‘n Pepper to taste


Step 1: Put all ingredients in a pan and cook down for 15 mins

Step 2: Let cool down then whiz.

Step 3: Possible toppings: Dry fry x2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds for 2 mins and sprinkle on top/ crumbled feta cheese/ corn chips/
